Discussion:
a. New IBISCHK7.2.1 draft bug254 “AMI Reserved Parameter Repeater_Type
   erroneously reported as missing”
The origin of this issue is from a TI model. The IBIS file and AMI file did
not have the repeater model information. Randy added the relevant
information in the AMI and IBS files. Arpad then tested the model and found
the bug. The DLL issued an error if some of the required keywords that
should be Usage Info were not Usage In. Changing the Usage to In allowed the
DLL to run the simulation, but then the parser issues the error that the
Repeater_Type is not found. This is a corner case. The parser catches the
actual error about the Usage In, but then issues a secondary error about the
   Repeater_Type missing.
The severity is set to moderate because the error can be misleading.
The priority is set to low because it is unlikely to occur and is easy to
   fix in the AMI file.
